JOB OPPORTUNITY: The Ozark Water Department is accepting applications for a Water Treatment Plant Operator position. All candidates must have a high school diploma or GED prior to hire date, a valid Driver's License and a good driving record. They must be available to rotate "on-call" after normal working hours and in case of an emergency and work in all weather conditions. Candidates with a current Water Treatment and/or Distribution license issued by the Arkansas Dept. of Health will be given preference; however, training for licensing can be provided for the right applicant. Salary is based on qualifications and experience. Applications can be picked up at the Ozark Water Dept. at 2910 W. Commercial St. or downloaded at our website cityofozarkwater.com. Applications will be accepted until vacancy is filled.
