Per CARDS, effective December 1, 2022, based on an 8.2% upward fluctuation in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI-U, Water, Sewer and Trash”) published by the United States Department of Labor Statistics, the following rates will apply:  Residential Base Rate in the city $15.32 and out-of-city $21.08.
